How I Started:
I first started during my first semester of college. My school had a free gym and i had nothing better to do on my breaks.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump and waking up in the morning with sore muscles, but not too sore ;) i still like to be able to move around freely haha.
How I Stay Motivated:
If im not lifting weights about every other day i feel shitty and lazy and useless. Going to the gym keeps me active and the results are pretty motivational as well :P.
