I got into it real seriously when I got my butt kicked in a fight in the 6th grade.Then I started taking an interest in football and noticved with working out I was good with the whole power side of it.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush.I love being able to change my body to the way I want it.I love the whole tear it downs and build it back up process.I love the pain of pushing myself to the limit.I love going psycotic with power.The PUMP
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that with every meal I am eating on time and as big as possible,with every rep,every set,every workout I make mine,some one out there is lying on their ass that day and when the day I step on stage for the first time comes around, they will fall behind while I climb to the top.

Drive with your heals, not toes and keep the bar as close to your shins as possible! You'll be able to lift more weight this way too! And consider summo style if you only going for a max lift!

Dude, it's impresive, but you need to start a deadlift with your @ss lower , head up and back straight or you gonna be rolling a wheelchair soon!!!!
Thats how you keep an arch in your back! Squat down more, lower your @ss, lift your head and shoulders and start a deadlift as if you were squating up and streaghtening your back at the same time...
