How I Started:
Originally started by picking up a 50 lbs. bag of dog food when I was 7.Then I began with a 100 lb curling set at 11.Then i lost 20 lbs. of fat with resistance training after 6th grade to play football.Weighed 145 with a 6 pack at 12 years old up until I was 14 and began training hard for bodybuilding.Learned I didn't want to go on stage and pose.I wanted to lift BIG.Here I stand, and am ready for the war ahead.
Why I Love It:
It's my release from the outside world.It has kept me sane and continues to do so with ease.I love to lift big and I love to prevail.
How I Stay Motivated:
My life motivates me.My surroundings, a school that is full of dropouts and druggies,my family that supports me whether they fully understand my need for lifting or not, my girl who supports me and stands by me in my training and in my life in general.

To get into Raw Powerlifting and make a name in it.Become more conditioned, get down to anywhere from 10-12% bf.Get up to 230-240 naturally.Don't believe I want to ever get into gear, just due to all the different compounds, and the legal side of it.
Way long term:Squat a grand.Break a record.Make a name.Staying conditioned and not being a fat slob who can't bench his bw who refers to himself as a "Powerlifter".

Drive with your heals, not toes and keep the bar as close to your shins as possible! You'll be able to lift more weight this way too! And consider summo style if you only going for a max lift!

Dude, it's impresive, but you need to start a deadlift with your @ss lower , head up and back straight or you gonna be rolling a wheelchair soon!!!!
Thats how you keep an arch in your back! Squat down more, lower your @ss, lift your head and shoulders and start a deadlift as if you were squating up and streaghtening your back at the same time...
