I've always been active and enjoyed working out. When a new commercial gym opened up nearby I started really getting into it and sticking with it more. Lifting more often; sticking with my routines.

janet - great gallery pics. one thought though - perhaps a shot or two full body - in your case i think your more than the sum of the parts. partial body pics are necessary but they don't do you full justice. hope my thoughts ok with you. - jeff
