I'm still tweeking my program. Here are my daily goals for now.
Protein: 40 %
Fat: 20% (or less)
I've never been good about eating my veggies and probably eat too much fruit. Trying to change that one.

I keep it simple!
Wouldn't mind adding creatine, but not taking it now.

My first motivation is myself. My second motivation is my family.
I don't have a program that I adhere to. I'm a normal person that doesn't want to get out of bed some days, much less get out of bed at 4:30 a.m. and go to the gym. You've got to find that one thing, or several things, that inspire you to be better.
My wife and kids are what drive me to do most things in life. My wife makes a better person. That's why I married her! My kids need to see the results of dedication and hard work. Nothing comes easy and don't quit just because you don't feel like doing it.
I also want to look hot for my wife!
