Get down to 210LBS and 9-10% BF.
Goal (Long):
I am currently 230LBS with around 18% BF, I want to get down to 200LBS with around 9%-10% BF. I was around 220LBS and 14% BF around a year ago , but over the last year I ripped my MCl in my Knee sking, Broke my hand , and got the flu, due to all this I missed about 6 months total at the gym. Every time I would get back into it I would get hurt or sick. I am fully recovered and ready to Kick My fat ass in to shape!!!!!
