I'm looking to the future, I dont want to end up with an ailment that I could have prevented as a young adult by leading a healthy lifestyle. I want to be healthy and I want to inspire others to be healthy. My biggest inspiration of all is when I'm at the gym and my 5 year old stands beside me in the mirror flexing her muscles. She's my biggest fan!
