How I Started:
I have worked out irregularly for quite a while and finally started sticking to it 3 times a week a year ago - in May of 2007 I started hitting the gym every day and saw some great results so I got hooked and my day is not complete without some kind of workout.
Why I Love It:
ENDORPHINES!
How I Stay Motivated:
crossFit website - improving my times and increasing my max loads. LOVE doing kipping pull-ups - especially on rings

I went from a 12 to a 4 over the summer!

I see some gains in the pics- just keep lifting, rest well and eat- Be patients but consistant-did you try the rest pause training- Also Pullups 3days on 1 off 3 sets-I hope this helps-MJ-fitchik4life

Keep being consistant and cheat foods in moderation-keep your processed foods to zero or minimal-get some width on your back this helps your waist line-Deadlifts are awesome they will also hit legs(ham-glute tie in) your in ohio look up mike Davies he is awesome up there he can help you so much- they have cardio challenge classes to he helps alot of the pros- Hope all this helps -stay in touch-MJ-fitchik4life...
