I enjoyed the stage time more then in the past. But made the choice to go heavy. Not the right choice but I didn't make middle weight again. Had some water retention problems. The first place competitor was a force. Beautiful body and great poser. She was the best competitor there. I don't think I will do another Ironman. Still felt the "politics". |

I entered the open womens "heavyweight" I should have gone Middle again. But live and learn. I thought I did great in pre-judging but the evening went terrible. I hadn't practice enough and I felt very "unimportant" in this show. Thats all I will say. |
