Congrats on finishing P90X. That's what kicked me off on this fitness stuff. The yoga is harder than it looks, isn't it? I recommend Kris Gethin's 12-month transformation. It's free at this site. Check the supersite for details.
Hey Jmorris it is going great. The snow is fun, great leg workout when you lift it right. The workouts are going great also. Keep pressing play. I am thinking of trying the doubles and seeing how that goes. THanks brother and great job so far. Keep it up.
Morning my friend. Before I forget...have a wonderful week...and Happy Holidays. I'm taking a bit of a break from my diet...ate a big giant piece of lemon bars yesterday...want to enjoy the holidays...LOL
How's it going this weekend? We are digging out of our first snowstorm...just come in to warm up. Kids had a blast...hopefully will all crash early. No running today...made sure to do legs and cardio yesterday so I could be lazy today.
I will tomorrow morning. I had to get a new scale my last one broke so have to start new with my new scale. It says I gained weight also. But I am eating a few more calories now that I realized that i was not eating at the weight i want to be. Will let you know what happens.
