I know. Creepy huh? No, really it's just I tend to grossly overestimate the base intellect of supposedly moderately intelligent people. Your disinterest in my perceived nonsensical rambling though is what really got my blood boiling. It's a two-fold aggravation. You can't understand what I'm saying, and you can't even begin to care. It's ok though.

Maybe my blog comment can be a source of inspiration. Like an inspiration party straight to your brain's house.

To give something the classification of perfect would mean that any addition or subtraction on any level of reality would induce a state of imperfection. How can something be physically, metaphysically, scientifically, numerically, spiritually, perfect?

If your spirit refuses to settle for normal it won't allow you to quit. I refuse to settle for even a superhuman physique. The only thing we have is truth and the search for more. Don't settle just because most aren't surpassing you. You have to compete with the apex version of you.

You just gotta dismiss the stigma about carbs and other common misconceptions. If you eat relatively clean I've found you can ignore portion sizes. Most people will give you average advice on nutrition and training. A zero-fail-gotta-have-it-all mindset is the way to go. You can build lean muscle and burn fat at the same time.

In an infinite universe with an ever-expanding set of variables even pure perfection isn't perfect because it cannot cover all the requirements for perfection because every moment the universe is infinitely more infinite that it was the moment prior. Therefore everything, perfect and imperfect, is perpetually more imperfect with every passing moment.

Even the atom isn't perfect. An atom is a so-called perfect sphere. You're crazy. Haha.

Good luck with your overall goal. Leaning out seems like an obvious focus but I believe shape is more important than size. If you build enough quality muscle it doesn't matter what the scale says. You have a good genetic shape. I promise, a pound of muscle gained will improve your physique more than a pound of fat lost. That philosophy won't fail you.

Yeah getting toned and lean is creepy stuff. Adults who strive to look like vertically elongated 10 year olds creeps me out. Adults in the modern world with access to food should have big developed muscles. Period. The end. Congrats on focusing on gaining lean mass.

Shifting from skinny to average to moderately muscled to just plain muscular requires a permenant bulk phase mentality. You must train for muscle swelling and nothing else. Not strength, not power, not cuts. I started lifting heavy 4 years ago with the exact same sytem I'm using today. It's boring but you can't expect each week in the gym to be fun.
