How I Started:
I haven't been doing this long. I really got into it on this deployment to Iraq. I was loving the way my body was changing, the mass, the pumps, the cuts, and the results. It wasn'tabout competition, it was seeing how far I could go. Now it's all of the above.
Why I Love It:
After seeing what my body was capable of, I wanted to go further and further. \it's a little harder being in the military but I try to make the best of what is given to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have new motivation, I always wanted to be bigger and I am my worst critic. But I see myself as cut and ripped as some of these professionals, and to get there I know I need to bust my tail to do it. So how do I stay motivated? I continuously get on this site and see what I can get to and who I want to be more defined than. So thank you everyone that is on here. You ALL are my motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
I joined the Army weighing 155lbs. On my first deployment I out on 20lbs. I am still at that weight of 175.

Goal (Long):
For most of my adult life I have wanted to gain insanely large amounts of muscle and compete in some competitions. I have a six pack right now but not a great chest. Once I get my chest,shoulders, and arms in line then I feel I'll be good to go in competitions. Once I start doing that, I can begin my career as a personal trainer.
I was pretty disappointed and down after I busted my tail for this competition that was on the 3rd of this month that I couldn't go to.That killed my whole motivation and had me not wanting to workout or nothing. I been in the slumps for about a week and a half and everyone noticed my loss...
rite, i got a big bday weekend coming up and i dont wanna look all fat but ****, im busy working trying to get stuff done i cant eat rite! oh well we will c
great! while u doing that i got ya back i will be eating the food for ya that u cant have! lmao.........i been slowly training but i guess im so busy that i really cant concentrate like i want to!
eating traveling and getting ready for bday weekend next week, nov 14-16 got plans i just been eating omggggggggggg i been eating, slowly getting to gym but really dont feel like it? ughhhhhhhh well holla
