When I was playing college baseball and limtied in Starting Bulking (with minimum fat gain)
Was limited in the ammount of weight I was allowed to put on because of baseball but that's all changed finally
Arms look like they may be starting to lag behind a bit... not sure what to do about that.. I'm open to suggestions though

hey man. I hear your trying to put size on your upper body. thats something im working on as well! try increasing your protein intake to 1.5 grams per pound of body weight. try taking some NO shotgun from V.P.X. it works well for putting on size. its a pre work out drink. it helps give you that pump everyone is looking for. will keep in touch.

whats up man! im in the 10 lbs of muscle body group you just joined recently. i was looking at your pics and i must say you look real lean. i'm trying to get my mid section looking right for the summer time. i always increase my cardio and try to watch what i eat. at the same time i try to lift heavy so that i keep my muscle mass! Whats your secret? any advice is much appreciated. thanks

Thanks for noticing buddy! Ive been doing a lot of interval cardio in the gym and running outdoors. I also try to get as many cardio sessions as I can in morning on an empty stomach.
