How I Started:
I got started at the gym to help loose baby weight, and discovered that I love lifting weights. I feel like I have really accomplished something good for my body when I have a good day at the gym
Why I Love It:
I love to see the changes in my body due to weightlifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I want to reach my goals. I am still working on loosing weight and I want to tone up and compete in a figure competition!

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Grunting doesn't bother me, but there have been times that I have grunted a little.

Now we are talking!  I look at my profile picture and see that I really let go of myself this summer.  I looked so good, and I am determined to get back to where I was.  I think a lot of things lead to the stop in progress, first, I was working out and dieting continually for almost a year and...

Wow you're doing a competition?! Nice! Lots of luck with it! Training was going well until I got a pinched nerve in my neck. Supposed to take this whole week off but I can't take it anymore; neck feels better so I'm working out tonight. I've been on Steve's PFB for almost three weeks now. Enjoying it =)
