How I Started:
I got tired of being skin and bones. I desided to make a change a few years ago and I love it.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of achievement when I surpass my previous workout, being healthy, looking good, and achieving my goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just remember be the 150 lbs. scrawny guy and push myself hard to not be that again. I love the healthy felling and looking good. Most of all, it’s the feeling that my hard work paid off.
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to gain, I'm a hard gainer and it takes a lot for me to gain.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I was stupid and was DB bench pressing and droped a 75 lb DB on my chest. I brused my ribs and was down for two weeks.
