Background
I started working out again because I wanted to become a police officer. Now that I am in the Air Force staying physically fit is a must. More than that though, I want to be in the best shape possible for my son and my family.
I think what makes working out so great is the result. You work hard and smart and you reap the benefits.

Day 1 of Transformation!
Posted in Status : Feb 14, 2011 4:59pmWOOOOOO! Man I feel so stoked! I just finished Day 1. Feels good to feel the pump in your muscles, and push to failure! I worked my glutes off literally. I can feel the pump all through my legs. Then after the weights, I did twenty minutes on the elliptical. I would have liked to run, but with the wind screaming it just wasn't possible. The best part of the workout is the fact that afterward I feel stoked, pumped up. Before I would be tired, and just happy that I was done.
