Workout Program:
I lift weights about 5-6 days per week and run between 1-4 miles 2-4 times per week. I just hit body parts semi-randomly during the week, I don't have a plan for each day. I mean I target specific muscle groups for a day and rotate that area during the week but not in a specific routing each week, and some days I might just do a circuit hitting all muscles just a little bit (like a couple sets of pushups, pullups, sit ups, etc.), espcecially if it's on an intense running day.
