How I Started:
I have always been an exercise buff. I ran track in high school initially and then started to do road races. Now I want to train to be in competition shape all year 'round.
Why I Love It:
When I exercise I feel soo much better! I think better, work better, and have more energy. Plus, I love knowing I am taking care of myself. It also boosts my self-esteem and confidence levels.
How I Stay Motivated:
There is prob a whole list of things that keep me motivated - like bein sexy for my man (he gave me my nickname), making my BB brother proud, setting an example for my mom, to find a level of comfort in clothes and confidence in general... etc. I don't ever want to say that someone else has worked harder than me.

Goal (Long):
I want to get back into shape so badly. I want to have a full six pack, and to be proud to be in a bikini. In addition, when I get my personal trainer certification, I need to be able to show off my work and my body will be the only evidence of my capabilities.
If I can still move at the end of my workout, I didn't go hard enough!
She inspires me to push my limits even harder. A great picture of where I want to take my fitness levels and how I want to transform my physique. Gorgeous!
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Jennifer Aniston has a great physique. She is very dedicated to her fitness (from what I have read) and I really admire her being able to keep up on it.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?

Hi Jaime...TY! :) Hey I was looking at the Sep 1 progress picture in particular..The fact that you can get a v taper going on means you have muscle there!! I have been trying for weeks to get my lats to pop out in that pose..my husband coaching me on it...I can't get them to pop out!! Maybe I have no lats! :) U do tho! Hehe ~Missy
not so good had some health issues so i had to stop for a lil while but now I am getting back to it! my cardio sucks ass though but I like getting back into shape after taking time off so we'll see how it all works out haha.
Hey sorry it's taken me so long to get back.. Show went well. I didn't place top 5, but I was really proud of the way I looked so I was happy with it. I only have one really dark picture of it up right now... I have a lot of really good ones I want to put up, but my computer took a dive. I'm using the one at work right now, so as soon as my computer is fixed, I'll post more! How are things going with you?
things in the gym are good - my workouts have totaly changed and so has my diet - I am bulking right now - HATE the fact that I have to gain weight :( and then lose it all for show - I need to put on more lean muscle mass - and be bigger - and hopefully if all work out well - by feb 1 - i want 10 pounds of muscle :)
