A player on my team gave me some ideas for footwork, please let me know if what I'm doing is effective.

20 Yard Sprints x 10
Duffel Bag Ski Jumps (both ways) x 3 minutes (as many times as possible)
Shuttle runs x 10
Ladder Drills x 10 minutes (as many times as possible)
Run and Jump...
