I've been losing 60 lbs forever!!! It's time for a change once and for all.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel after wards & actually seeing results make me feel fabulous!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated and focused by visualizing myself as my goal weight. In addition, I try to focus on becoming as beautiful on the outside as I am inside. I would like to be an inspiration & support system for others.
BB Accomplishments:
None. I'm a beginner and still in the weight loss stage. I hope to have entered my first half marathon in November 2010 and enter my first bodybuilding competition by August 2011. So stay tuned. The best is yet to come...
