I've been losing 60 lbs forever!!! It's time for a change once and for all.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel afterwards & actually seeing results make me feel fabulous!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated and focused by visualizing myself as my goal weight. In addition, I try to focus on becoming as beautiful on the outside as I am inside. I would like to be an inspiration & support system for others.
BB Accomplishments:
None. I'm a beginner and still in the weight loss stage. I hope to have entered my first half marathon in November 2010 and enter my first bodybuilding competition by August 2010. May have to push the date out since I've been slacking. LOL. So stay tuned. The best is yet to come...

Cardio and more cardio...that's all that will help those abs for now until I get this body fat down. I see lots of potential. I'm gonna keep pushing...I have to!

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
My life is pretty busy. I love spending time with my beautiful daughters and my parents because they are my life. A typical day for me consists of working out, school, office, spend time with girls, train again with my personal trainer and then go to kick boxing class and home. (This is my new schedule and I have no life now lol). Seriously though, I recently made a choice to stop dating and hanging out all together becuase I need to stop palying and lose the weight. It has helped me to learn how to prioritize and I have learned that it really important to spend the time and money when it comes to my health and appearence.
