I was always athletic and did pretty much every sport. I competitively swam for 13 years . Once i got to college i no longer swam as serious as i did in high school but still continued to workout.I started lifting fall '08 but I recently decided to get serious about my workouts!
Why I Love It:
Working out is a major part of my life, its a major part of me. I feel more alert, optomistic, focused, and productive after a good workout. If im without a gym for a few days or havent worked out for a few days i seriously feel like im going insane
How I Stay Motivated:
Well of course God gives me the strength to get up every day and put on my running shoes. Music always puts me in the mood to burn some calories !! My close friends and family are always there to support me.
Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
No

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I would just imagine how good I will feel after the workout and how productive I will be for the rest of the day. If i didnt workout i knew that i would be sluggish and groggy all day.

hey there,i was just checking out the new stuff featured on the page and saw your video. It was kinda cool because its the first video i've watched on here. Didnt know we could video blog. anyway, you've got all the tools to do whatever you want! my biggest advice would be don't worry about a thing. You'll do great!
Its really hard for a woman to get bulky like a man, bc of ur lack of testosterone. You would have to supplement hormomes, along with working twice as hard as males do in the gym. So, don't be scared to push urself, in the end you will retain that womanly hour glass figure you wish to achieve.
