How I Started:
For a long time I was quite fat and I didn't like it at all. After shredding much weight off by under-eating, I ended up with a weight I'm comfortable with. Now I want to 'set my house in order' by gaining muscle and losing some remaining fat, while keeping or increasing my weight
Why I Love It:
It's all about the challenge, pushing the limits of the body, and then witnessing the results.
Feels good to recover from an injury, my adductor has recovered 90%. Still afraid of doing cardio and leg workout, but in the meantime I can go on with the rest. I've learned the lessonĀ and I won't play hero again. My gains will advance slower, but so be it. I won't risk another injury just...
LOL I'm sure the salsa verde does but I didn't even have a full serving just 1tbs. and it was homemade so couldn't resist the tobasco I'm not sure about LOL
Thanks for the blog comment. It wasen't alot either. Less than what I had for dinner the night before and it was anhour and 15 min. before I even started to w/o after I ate. Nedd a little fuel to burn it up at the gym. Thanks man.
re: protein- yes, i do drink protein shakes. the thing i was doing wrong apparently, is our bodies can only manage about 40g at a time and the rest is wasted. so i was counted on most of my protein to come from my shake (about 120g) instead of spreading it out. thanks very much for reading my blog! i hope you have a great wknd!
No I'm sorry I meant, I do it FIRST thing in the morning Before I have eaten or had my protien drink. Afterwards I drink my protein, etc.. This morning was the Yoga, I hated it. All the others I have enjoyed so far, this is day 4 for me.
Hi and thanks for the comment on my blog about cooking for others. I agree with you said that if I stick with healthy eating and exercise, that I won't feel as tempted in time. Good luck with your goals!
