When I Started:
Jan, 2009
How I Started:
For a long time I was quite fat and I didn't like it at all. After shredding much weight off by under-eating, I ended up with a weight I'm comfortable with. Now I want to 'set my house in order' by gaining muscle and losing some remaining fat, while keeping or increasing my weight
Why I Love It:
It's all about the challenge, pushing the limits of the body, and then witnessing the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see results!
BB Accomplishments:
lost 60lb

I am very proficient in the kitchen as well and cook a vast array of foods many different ways. That is one thing I always stress 2 people clean does not have 2 be plain or boring.the choices, combinations are endless. You do not have 2 give up you're love of cooking 2 achieve top results, most ripped people do!some out of fear, some mis information.some lack of culinary skill.by all means cook,do it 4 health and life!

re: protein- yes, i do drink protein shakes. the thing i was doing wrong apparently, is our bodies can only manage about 40g at a time and the rest is wasted. so i was counted on most of my protein to come from my shake (about 120g) instead of spreading it out. thanks very much for reading my blog! i hope you have a great wknd!

No I'm sorry I meant, I do it FIRST thing in the morning Before I have eaten or had my protien drink. Afterwards I drink my protein, etc.. This morning was the Yoga, I hated it. All the others I have enjoyed so far, this is day 4 for me.

Hi and thanks for the comment on my blog about cooking for others. I agree with you said that if I stick with healthy eating and exercise, that I won't feel as tempted in time. Good luck with your goals!
