Fit Status:
Climbing the scale AT 213 lbs. NOW and STILL WANTING TO SEE MORE..left overs for the next WEEEK!!
I started in high school like most kids getting bigger and stronger for a sport, but as time went on I lost interest in the sport and gained interest in the weight room. I'd lift before practices when I had the time because I was more focused on my muscle gains then my jump shot. I stuck with compound exercises and I built a strong core throughout high school and from then on THE SKY WAS THE LIMIT!!
Why I Love It:
Most importantly, it gives me an outlet to put forth all of my energy. While most college kids are out partying and drinking, I'm training hard and eating right, and that really gives me a mental edge each and every day. There's nothing else like it. It's an all day event from when you wake up until you go to sleep. Even when you are sleeping! Putting the right things into your body at the right times and always staying on the right path is such a great way to live.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love seeing how I can transform my body naturally. It takes time and effort and each day you put in so much work but after a few months you can really see results. Doing it through diet and hard work really, for me, makes it so much more rewarding. Whether it be cutting down for the summer time or bulking up when you want to, once you have accomplished what you set out to do the FEELING IS GREAT!
BB Accomplishments:
All my accomplishments are personal gains and health rewards. I don't compete, nor do I want to, but hey who knows what'll happen down the road!

Goal (Long):
Keep gaining muscle while keeping my body fat percentage nice and low. Be one of those guys with a great looking physique, nice size, well balanced, and RIPPED!!
The Man, The Myth, The Legend!! Jessie is INSANE and 100% Natural, he's the best at what he does, and the YOUNGEST Natural Pro Bodybuilder, almost went Pro as a teen. Got to respect what he does with his body.
Another great NATURAL bodybuilder. Really love how he's open to helping people and answering all their questions. He's where I want to be in a few years.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I schedule my whole day, even my week, around going to the gym, so I have NO PROBLEM getting myself up and going. I sometimes have a coffee before the gym too, but only to get a little extra energy, I don't think you should rely on stimulants or energy drinks to get you pumped for the gym. I eat ALL day, my metabolism is CRAZY. Almost every two hours I'll make my way to the kitchen and have a clean meal around 500 calories with at least 20g of protein a meal.
