i've been around the gym quite a bit, but now i am really trying to eat right and transform my body

i love the rush i get when i am lifting, and also feeling good inside and out. also, it is a great atmosphere to meet new people

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
i usually do 10 to 12 reps so that my muscle fatigue can reach it's peak
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
i usually rest about 90 seconds, i follow my workout plan

it's coming to the end of my third week of training on the 12 week to your new physique workout. i am seeing results already and i cant wait to see where i am at in about 4 weeks. i've stopped taking m-drol and waiting for my novedex to arrive. i'm not sure how the body responds to waiting for...
