i never was really serious, i was always in and out of the gym. i just recently got really serious this past month

WTF!! G.J. kicked my @ss

Today i started my G.J. 4w program (no gear) i wouldnt consider myself an amateur to fitness, and by no means am i a pro either. i will say this, my ass got kicked and its just day one. i have never sweated so much, and been so sore in such a short period of time! I LOVED IT! im looking forward to the rest of the four weeks of this program. i will continue to write every day about how i feel prior and post work outs!

Im going to start off by saying im on a beautiful 7 month vacation, in a disneyland-ish type country...........Afghanistan. This is my third deployment, and i would have to say this one is actually one that i have taken "working out" seriously. I have been eating clean and into a routine that i'm staying on pace. except for these last two or so weeks. the motivation is low, and im losing focus when im in the gym or running outside. i finished up bulking, im at about 220lbs and i want to get down to 180. i giving myself till jan 1st to meet this goal! i guess i just need to put a litt...
