Denison H S Attended 2000 to 2004 Denison, Texas United States
When I Started:
Apr, 2006
How I Started:
I got started because i wanted to be like jason staham and ll cool j! I thought that they had badass physiques so i wanted what they had and plus i look at my father who is in awesome shape for almost being 50 and he hasnt touched a dumb bell in 20 yrs but he works his ass off so that keeps in awesome shape. He kinda help inspire me but mainly Jason Statham and LL cool j.
Why I Love It:
I love fitness because i can relieve all my stress and i can challenge myself to new things in life. Plus i think the human body is a great work of art.
When i first started the fire academy i was about 188 and its now been 5 1/2 months of cardio and etc that they require us to due and i lost about 20 pounds and i kinda miss it except i was chubby. Now im wanting to gain ten pounds of lean ripped muscle! Ive lost quite of bit of my strength when i lost all that weight and i want it back but in a lean way. I know ill get all the results i want soon because im really dedicated to my fitness just takes a little time
I never understood this and it makes me angry because i do all isolation stuff at the same weight and same amount of reps. Should i up my reps on my right side by a few or what?? It makes me so angry when i put pictures on here and see that flaw because i cant fix it..it seems. Any help or...
