You should be very proud of what you have done. You have the best combination of head and heart that every successful bodybuilder needs (and every unsuccessful one lacks). Many people question their whole lives whether they have what it takes to make big changes in their life. And you, at 14, already know the answer to that. Never forget it!

I was overweight too... 22%bf than i lost TOO much weight... now im trying to do this again! GOOD LUCK MAN STAY AT IT!
