In High School I Lifted just to pass the time and turned out to love the way I looked after several weeks of working out
Why I Love It:
After I finish working out I like the energy that I have.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am also in Search And Rescue so knowing that I may have to carry someone out means that I have to be fit because if I am not fit how can I save someone elses life.
I WOULD LOVE TO GAIN 10 POUNDS OF MUSCLE AND LOSE MY BODY FAT TO HAVE A BETTER FORM.
Goal (Long):
WHEN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL I HAD THE BODY THAT I WANTED BUT NOT THE WEIGHT I WAS 140 POUNDS BUT I WAS CUT. KNOW THAT I AM 170 POUNDS AND 6 FEET TALL WANT TO BE CUT AGAIN AND STILL KEEP MY WEIGHT OR TRY TO GO UP TO 180 POUNDS WOULD BE GREAT. BECAUSE THE FULL TIME JOB THAT I HAVE TO BE FIT TO PERFORM THE WAY YOU NEED TO.
