Goal (Long):
I used to be very active when I was in junior high and then when I went to high school I stopped being active and started putting on the pounds. My heaviest point was 185 pounds, then I moved halfway accross the country to Texas where body image is a lot more intense. I joined weight watchers and got down to about 140 - then I met my wonderful husband and we went out and partied all the time and I dropped to 125 pounds. I still wasn't happy with my body... We went through a really rough year and a half and I yo-yo'd back up to 165 pounds. Around July of last year I decided to become a vegetarian and I have peeled off 10 pounds to put me at my current weight of 155. I really want a toned and fit body, not just to be thin. I am going to work out 6 days a week with a combination of weights, cardio, and yoga/stretching. I am also going to follow a healthy meal plan to increase my energy. My body responds really well to diet and exercise so long as I am consistent, which always seems to be my problem. I am an all or nothing person - and unfortunately you can't be all-in all the time. So I always wind up getting out of the habit or falling off the wagon...whatever you want to call it. And now here I am, hoping that posting all this up for the world to see will make me more accountable for my actions. I want to reach my goal weight in three months - June 1st is the target date. My husband said that if I stick to it and reach my goal that he will pay for me to have a session with a professional photographer so I can get awesome pictures of my new amazing body!
I can't even do one day per week, just don't have that "morning drive" haha. good luck with it! I'm going to try doing intervals on the treamill for 45 minutes and I usually get to ride my bike 2 or 3 days a week for atleast 45 minutes each time, so that should blast away some of the fat...time to get ripped...
