I started getting more into it after I've decided I want the toned & fit look, and love the muscular look. Since having my last baby I've lost 5o lbs. and am looking forward to loosing even more!! I don't want just the thin look, I really like the look of a strong and lean woman...so here I go. I want to be a good role model for my 3 kids and help other women out there who have seen their former bodies altered after having children.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results and increasing the weight that I can lift. It's more challenging than just trying to loose weight. I'm enjoying seeing new muscles I didn't even know I had!
How I Stay Motivated:
I read Oxygen Magazine, check other people out at the gym, and also like Sparkpeople.com. Checking out all the changes in the mirror help to.
BB Accomplishments:
I can now bench 90 lbs.,and I'm so much more energietic and confident. This lifestyle is definantly challenging, but I have discovered that it's a learning process. I plan on getting better and increasing it as much as possible!

To be in the best shape I have ever been in. I want to see lots of definition, I have no time frame for this becasue I'm going to just keep on going. This is my new lifestyle now and I love it. I love lifting weights....I never thought I would ever say that!
