I work on the basis of 1.6g of protein per kilo of weight and a 2.3g of carbs per kilo. Also, after a workout I eat about 60g of protein and 80g of carbs and this has helped heaps. I eat lower GI food as well. Check out my training journal for more info. Hope this helps and let me know if I can be of more assistance. Merry Xmas!

I just go for a clean bulk strategy and its seems to be working but always have to be mindful of what and when I am eating. You looking great already (no homo) and some extra lbs and your will be beastin it more!

Wow... thank you so much! I really appreciate the inspirational ad. I read on your profile that you might be a little discouraged at the moment. Well, hang in there brother! If you can push yourself during the discouraging times, imagine what you will accomplish when you are feeling great again. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
Have a super weekend!
