Yes still working with a trainer 4 x per week. As you know we're about to go into summer, so training is becoming easier (with more of an incentive lol).

LOL, it seems that way doesn't it??? I really enjoy being by the water, beach lake doesn't matter just put me by the water and I am a happy. I am actually looking forward to the winter because I can focus a little more on my training to prepare my body for next years water trips! :-) Glad to hear you are doing well! Training is going great!! Ive got 1 more week of training then the week before the competition its all about (carb loading preparation, relaxation, spray tanning, getting hair and nails done, all the fun thingys girlys do before we do anything... LOL
