How I Started:
I have always enjoyed working out. However after having children I found it harder to get myself back into shape. Ive been struggling ever since. I started off with a low calorie diet, which after a while I became complacent and ventured right back into the old habits. Talking with a friend who was into body building,put me on to "the life style",showing me different avenues to approach in fitness and nutrition. So since I wanted to get back into shape anyway, that was just the motivation I needed to get started.
Why I Love It:
Stress reliever, and like the old saying goes,"when you look good, you feel good".
How I Stay Motivated:
Well its pretty much mandatory in my profession,but besides that I love seeing my body change. I enjoy challenges, so this gives me the motivation to keep pushing.
Right now my short term goal is the cut body fat by exercising regularly and change my diet. Basically convert to a healthier lifestyle and maintain. Since i've had two children I have failed at returning back to my pre pregnancy weight. I seem to have struggled ever since, even with exercise. Now I think its time to change. However I am looking to do more than go back to my pre pregnancy weight, I intend to look 100% better than I did before. I appreciate any support and suggestions anyone has to offer!
