How I Started:
I have always been small with little bodyfat until 2 years ago when i became pregnant and start gaining weght in ares i didnt want it and i do mean bodyfat not muscle. I was a skinny fat person, so i hit the gym.
Why I Love It:
I like the way its making me look. I look more toned than ever b4. Ive even got stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the females on this website how they have transformed there bodies into something amazing. Looking at the abs of some of these women that came a long way and succeed.And I must say WATCHING BETS VIDEO-CHICS/DANCERS!

you have the frame that I have! I do weighted abs. I believe like any other bodypart, you need to "lift" with your abs as well. I have my routine video on my profile in you want to watch. Its a little old at this point, but it is pretty much what I still do.

WELCOME to the site! Hey, have u and ur trainer discussed the relevance of macronutrients regarding reaching goals - e.g. fat loss, muscle growth. I start with target marcos and eat WHATEVER that constitutes fulfilling these target numbers. I don't like burning out on ONE particular food. Let me know... *smile*
