Started really getting into weightlifting back in college mainly to gain mass and increase strength.
Recently discovered CrossFit and swear by it. never had a workout that could have me flat on my back in 20mins until now.
Why I Love It:
Broad general inclusive fitness that Prepares me for all and any eventualities.

Hey! crossfit is awesome!!! one of my best mates is an instructor and he's persuaded me to start and use it as part of my next 12 week fat strip phase.... oh the hurt i'm feeling - but its fantastic!
