I started in high school with Football,Basketball and Track and have been working out ever since. I ran track corporately up til 2006 and have plans to compete in Masters in 2010. I played football up til the age of 30 and have been coaching in my spare time.
Why I Love It:
Keep me looking good and also keeps me in shape for competing, etc.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
think they may be lifting to much but have read that grunting allows more energy to be transferred while lifting. I do not do it
