How I Started: I was always the little kid everybody picked on because I couldn't do anything about. Now, they all want to be friends with me and ask for help in fights.
Why I Love It: The way it makes me feel, look, and just the mental knowledge of knowing when it comes down to moving something heavy. I can do it.

BB Accomplishments: 300lb bench press for 1 rep...when i started...135 for a set of 10 seemed impossible.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Get up to 180 lbs.
Goal (Long): Well I was always the scrawny little guy. Now that I have muscle and everything calls me "jacked" i just want to keep getting bigger and bigger. I don't want to stop. 180lbs is a goal for right now. Once I get there, I know it will keep going. I want to get as big as I naturally can.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 4%

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Run for about 3 miles at a decent speed and slowly reduce the amount of time it takes me to finish.

Nice yea I was on the program for 4 weeks and I stopped gaining from it after 3 because of my body type. But let me know how it goes and good luck. It's almost essential you get some extra no-xplode or whatever you use to get the energy you need for this.
