Okay, seriously, I think I'd rather not eat than have to run 6 miles, tomorrow. I may have trained for a marathon back in the day, but I hate running. Good luck, though!! Let me know how fast you can pull that off. Is it like a PT test or something else?! Yeah.. leg days are INTENSE, but my favorite. I'll race ya to sleep ;) Goodnight!!!
HaHa...you on a lower calorie diet, right now, too?! If not, you should be sleeping like a log. I look forward to the off-season, sleep filled nights, food filled days, and putting up TONS of weight at the gym. CanNOT wait!!
I think you actually told me that before.. about competing pre-army. Sorry if you had to repeat yourself. I get people confused VERY easily! If only it were that easy..just to fall asleep. I know I need it, but the only way I can get enough of it is to drug myself, these days...Simply Sleep (Tylenol PM - the Tylenol) is my best friend.

I've got a carb-up day coming to me on Tuesday - may take it tomorrow depending on how I'm feeling. But I believe you're right on the nose with extra vitamins and carbs...I just don't wanna throw off my precontest physique ToOo much at 4 weeks out!!
