How I Started:
Being in the miltary we are always required to do physical activities almost on a daily basis, a fellow co worker needed a workout partner and I needed to get in better shape so its working out
Why I Love It:
The energy and sense of accomplishment i have after completing a intense workout session
How I Stay Motivated:
The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you’re a god or a total *******. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.

Goal (Long):
I'm currently in the United States Navy as a Master At Arms or Navy Police stationed in Charleston,SC...over the past couple of years i have notice how my eating habits as well as my excercise habits havent been the best. As A military Police officer I want to be in the best shape possible. I have lacked some of the help and motivation I need to get in better shape but now I have both the help and motivation to become much stronger and fit. I want to gain about 15 to 20 pounds of muscle over the next 12 months or so and weight between 165 to 170 with under 10% body fat..I want to have a six pack with bulgeing arms..I know with my motivation and dedication as well as resources I can do it.
