To stay in shape - not get fat like all my friends.
Why I Love It:
I feel like I'm taking care of my body - staying healthy and strong. Love pushing the weight and challenging my limits, which now include working out with some considerable arthritis.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm "working" this site for motivation. I've been too easily distracted for a few years and this site is helping me get my focus back.

Goal (Long):
Tone muscle, regain strength and overcome limits of arthritis. I have worked out for 40 years now, off and on, and have a decent foundation. I've lost motivation in the past several years, but have recently started working out again. I want to regain that desire to be fit and feel good as I age.
Welcome to our old guys' group. Let us know if we can support you in any way. About you goal--building muscle mass will be the most direct way to losing BF and getting that 32" waist. Journal your eating and share a couple of days. Maybe we could spot some weak points there.
