Good, bro. Thanks for askin. I actually was going to wait to put off my program till next week because of work and school, but I started today's workout a little early and I'm sore. Trying to get bigger, huh? You don't look like you have that problem. haha. I'm the one that needs to start. Training tomorrow?

Yeah. Leg extensions and presses are my favorite workouts. I've tried plyometrics but they didn't work too well. Is there still a chance that this might be the only way to prevent "chicken legs"

I figure youll get frustrated and exhausted tangling with me when I escape from and reverse those holds or moves.ddont think youve ever clashed with another athlete as strong, quick, and physically aggressive as Tarzan. But itll be a good learning thing for you trying to defeat me.

Yea man, lets see whos superior in grappling. Cant tell u how great my body feels when I force another powerful athlete's trappped muscles to struggle to try to avoid submitting to me.
