Workout Program:
right now, it's hit or miss, mostly miss...

For cardio I usually do Turbo Kick or treadmill intervals. Once the snow is gone and it's light again, I will ease back into trail running and some hill sprint intervals

MY ideal workout would be:

I never rest between sets, I always supset with an alternate body part

Sunday, full-body, circuits - (wood chops, squat and press, step-ups, plyo-moves, push-ups, ball-work) I call this "work-out until they wake-up" I get up early and hope my hubby and son sleep in.

Monday, Turbo Kick

Tuesday, Back and Bi's (I would like to be able to do a real pull-up)
asst. pull ups
preacher curl
DB row
DB curl
seated row

treadmill intervals 25 min (jog, run, jog, steep hill, jog, run...)

Wednesday, Chest and Tricep (one arm push up, one day)
elliptical intervals 25 min)

Thursday, Turbo Kick

Friday, Legs, gluts, mostly hams and gluts.
