I've worked out since H.S. I've always had great muscles, under FAT. I've been training regularly since 2004. Last year, I trained pretty intense to get in good shape for Turbo Kick Camp 2007. Lost about 20 pounds and gained some muscle.
Why I Love It:
Cause I'm a tuff chick! Ha! It builds my confidence and energy levels. Working out is my FIX. I also feel honored when others ask me for fitness advice
How I Stay Motivated:
Teaching fitness classes forces me to keep myself in good shape. This is great for accountability. I also track my progress through logs and Fitday software. I "devour" fitness magazines every chance I get.
BB Accomplishments:
Reaching goals. Getting leaner and keeping (most of) it off for a year.
It's not the numbers on the scale, it's reaching personal goals and milestones!

I worked my butt off to get here and slipped back a little this past year. I'm about 5 lbs (fat) over this and would like to get back here or better.
