depending on method - 80lbs. on machine; more or less per free weight depending on bar.
stationary bike or stepping......to gear up aerobically for a two hour work out.
weighted sit-ups, crunches........either machine pull downs or free weights. weighted side bends , toe touches(30lbs)
leg weights for hanging knee-ups.
single arm curls with 20lbs
triceps pull downs with 40lbs
lats,shoulders (front and back) pull downs with 70lbs.
flys (single arm) with 70lbs
leg curls with 70lbs
