When I Started:
How I Started:
I was always active as a kid and teenager. I played sports always and started lifting in some in high school for basketball. I have been on and off since starting college (about 7 years ago) and now I am trying to be more consistent and really focus on my diet/nutrition.
Why I Love It:
You are in total control of the outcome. If you learn what to do and what not to do you can totally transform your body. It is just a great feeling to have that control and when you look and feel strong and in shape it's a great thing.
How I Stay Motivated:
If you're not moving forward then you're moving backward.
BB Accomplishments:
I was 165 lbs at 18 yrs old. I am now about 195-200 lbs at close to 10% bf.

How many days per week do you lift weights?
What time of day do you usually workout?
Where do you get your workout programs?
I make my own from what I've observed and read in magazines, books, and on-line. I feel like I know my body pretty well at this point.

Certainly put on the muscle AND definition with the thick traps and broad shoulders, BIG arms and thick upper chest/pecs. Can see solid 6 pack on the way. Great job to date. Andre
