i tried that myoshock before a few work outs and i didnt feel any effects from it. does it work for you? i like the Mitotropin, but i guess thats more for cutting.

lower back is probably the hardest but i go the back crunches. its where you stand leaning agains the machine, putting your arms across your check, and letting your self lean down towards the groud and pull youself back up. do 4 sets of 12 reps each during your work out and you'll start to see a dfference. if you dont have it at your gym these work just as well, http://www.stretchaminute.com/stretch-a-minute-sample-exercise-2.html
