Keep adding more upper body muscle and tone down my legs. Start eating cleaner so I can see my abs by the end of summer. Increase my cardiovascular capacity and run a 5K in the fall.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Triceps pushdowns with a rope and a straight bar, I also really like dips but can't do too many in a row - probably 10 to failure :)

What calf workout has worked best for you?
Standing calf raises, also REALLY like the burn I get from Toe walks and to up the intesity go super slow or up an incline.
