I have all ways loved to workout since aslong as i can remember, ive allways done non weight workouts, till i finally got a bench, barbell, and a pair of numbells, around 2000 and got bodybuilding books. I pretty much tought my self every thing i know about it, i dont know if its the correct way to do it, but i learn as i go.i started for shur in like 2004.
Why I Love It:
I think its awsome. and its healthy, burns stress, even if i didn't like it, i coudn't stop.

Progress and Depress.

I just added new progress pics and thread .pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. Posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt

dude....Would you mind giving me some tips.I would like to increase my size.I heard that high reps make your muscle fibers grow more thereby increasing the size.Is this true and in what range would high reps come up to?7-10 or 12-15?
