My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

Stay Focused, Stay Intense, Stay Motivated

When I first arrive at the gym, the first thing I make sure I do is check the ego at the door.  Your Ego can be a detrimental thing in the gym.  If you're lifting to impress, then you shouldn't be lifting at all.  After I check my ego, I get focused for what's about to come.  I put in my headphones and go into my own world.  All I see is the weight and me.  I make sure the weight doens't control, but that I control the weight.  Motivation is huge when it comes to reaching your goals.  If one day wasn't your best workout, don't get discourged, just kill it next time with intensity.  Stay Focused, Stay Intense, Stay Motivated!!
