My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
My workout is being made up by my boyfriend who has some schooling in personal training and who is on the road to becoming a Personal Trainer. It consists of single muscle group exercises every day with 2-3 days of cardio, one of which is on an off day. It's a 5 on 2 off schedule that is adjusted according to our every day life schedule.

40:30:30 all clean...
The diet we are experimenting with consists of a ratio of 40:30:30 with additional calories tailored to our needs determined by body fat and tape q2w. It's a very clean and consistent diet with an allowance of one reasonable cheat day on the weekend while we start out. That cheat day will not exist throughout the duration of our cycle which will last 16 weeks. Our goal is to pack on at least 5 pounds of lean mass, if not more. However, it is being considered an experiment at this point in time.
My Supplement Program View My Full Supplement Program
Supplements in this diet include ON whey and casien, as well as, Omega-3 fish oil, calcium, niacin, folate, Osteobiflex. It's relatively simple and there's no real reason for most of my vitamins except I've been on them forever.
