Right now just taking it easy with training through the holidays with just one 2-3 hour workout per day sipping 8-BETA ANABOL the entire time. Going to let my weight get up to @200 before tapering back.
Of course I want to gain muscle and lose fat but I want my lifts to go up esp in my dumbbell press, squat, and deadlift.
and i gained quite a bit of fat from my failed bulk -_-
